Winter months usually bring icy weather and crowded shopping
malls, but for the Go Smart team, they have also brought a whirlwind
of new projects! We have also been enhancing our own website with
some new pages and a new look for some old pages. So, drop in and
visit or read on. We'd love for you to see our projects, special

You know the saying, "Beauty is only skin deep"? Well, what
if it isn't? What if the beauty on the surface actually ran
deep inside and all throughout to compose something truly
valuable? When we do find this we know we've been treated, as
it is rare to find things so wholly made. At Go Smart, we
strive towards this standard with every single project. We are
excited about the outcome of a few recent websites we've
created and would like to tell you about them!
A visual treat for all, the Anthony
& Associates web site is full of big, beautiful
pictures of homes and ranches along California's central
coast. This site showcases large estates and executive ranches
for sale and supplies visitors with a wealth of local area
information. The photos of homes, land, and home accents will
have you dreaming big!
Another fun site to view is Buxton
Brown. This web site is bursting with bold colors, sharp
images, and an easy to follow menu. BuxtonBrown.com offers
custom printed sports balls, perfect for sports teams,
marketing/advertising, special gifts, or any occasion.
Finally, we've also been working on a few websites with
extensive databases. Baristar
is a full e-commerce site with high quality images, search
capabilities, and a shopping cart. RentASL
offers videos for rent to the hearing impaired. It has a
member's area, detailed search features, and helpful links. Go
Smart programmed a high-end database and clean look into both

| Are Templates Okay? |
 We've noticed a controversy
buzzing lately about web site templates, so we decided to say
a piece about it. First, let's lay out both sides of the
argument. Some say that using templates to create a web site
is lazy, unoriginal, or uncreative. Others say it saves time
and money and can be done as creatively as one wants. Here's
what we think:
We love to build a web site from scratch. There is no
better feeling as a web developer than to see something
completed which you've built, programmed, and designed from
beginning to end. So we do agree, this type of web development
does licence the most creativity. However, we also
believe that our customer's needs supercede our preferences.
Oftentimes, people don't have the funds or the time to have a
web site built from scratch. And that's okay! Web templates
can be customized to almost any degree; layout, color, images,
content, business type, and so much more. >From one
template, many completely unique web sites can be formed. At
Go Smart, our ultimate goal is and always will be customer
satisfaction. If a client has a low budget or tight timeframe,
we are proud to assure them that we'll do all we can to help
them get what they need. After all, shouldn't everyone
have the opportunity to realize their goals in business?
