What do you charge for a web site?
Go Smart can develop a basic web site for as little as $250. Learn more about our web site design prices or feel free to contact us with your project specifications so we can provide you with a detailed quote.

Do you offer web site maintenance?
Yes, Go Smart does provide web site maintenance. Our maintenance costs range from $25 per hour for basic HTML maintenance up to $50 per hour for more complex e-commerce or database maintence. Contact us with your maintenance needs so we can provide you with an accurate bid.

Can your pre-designed software applications be customized?
Of course! We will customize any of our pre-developed software packages to meet your needs. Please contact us with your project details so we can provide you with an accurate bid.

What are your payment terms?
For projects costing under $500, payment is collected upon final completion. For projects ranging between $500 - $1500, a 10% deposit is collected at the start of the project and the remainder is collected after final completion. Payments for projects costing over $1500 are collected in phases. The project phases are agreed upon with the client at the start of the project.

What kind of guarantees do you have?
Go Smart guarantees ALL of our work. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. If you find any bugs in your web site or application, we will fix them, free of charge, for the life of the site or application. Please note, this warranty is void if changes are made to the site or application outside of Go Smart.

What are your hours of operations?
Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST. If we have developed a project for you or if you have subscribed to one of our hosting packages, you will also be provided with a direct 24 hour line for emergencies.
