Our team developed this website for Metro Mobility, Inc. in ASP, Javascript, and CSS with an Access database. The purpose is to allow members to request quotes for charter bus travel. Users sign up for a free account and gain access to features such as request for quote forms, account profile, and a service center which tracks the status of all previous and current RFQ's from the member. The requests are sent immediately to Metro Mobility headquarters and a response is generated for the RFQ via e-mail to the member. The site administrator has the power to change the web site content, add or modify members and employee profiles, and control the text that appears in e-mails sent to members. |
| The account profile area allows new members to set up their profile and existing members to modify it at any time. This form includes name, address, company, billing and mailing information, and several contact options. By simply filling out this form, users become members and gain privileged access to request quotes whenever the need arises. |  |

We designed this Request For Quote form to collect as much information as possible and still remain simple and quick to complete. Fields include trip purpose, contact info, outbound and return trip details, as well as additional optional details. Once this form is completed and submitted, Metro Mobility reviews it and responds with an offer. The member then has the freedom to accept or decline the offer. |
| The RFQ Service Center displays the history of all requests submitted by a member. Overview details include quote number, trip purpose, status of the request, price, and service date. Each RFQ can then be viewed in detail and modified. If a quote has already been given for the request, the member may accept or decline the offer from this area and start another RFQ if desired. |  |
